NTM Tanz Summer-Intensive
Monday, July 13th - Sunday, July 19th 2026
We are excited to announce the very first NTM Tanz Summer Intensive — taking place from July 13th to July 19th 2026! A unique opportunity for 25 professional dancers (ages 18+, X/M/F) from around the world to experience a week of professional training, artistic exploration, and creative exchange.
Under the guidance of Stephan Thoss, our company dancers, rehearsal directors, and choreographers, participants will refine their technique, deepen their artistry, and expand their creative potential.
The week will conclude on Sunday, July 19, with a final showing at Tanzhaus Käfertal, where participants will share their work in progress — from new creations and solos to collaborative performances.

AUDITION PROCEDURE
We are excited that you would like to audition! Please read through the steps below carefully. This will help us ensure that your application can be considered.
1. Audition requirements

You will receive your results by E-Mail between March 23rd and March 30th 2026.
Our selection team will seek individuality, potential, movement quality and creativity within the sent material.
3. Acceptance & Payment
To sign up, please send us an E-Mail with the following information:
- attach a recent headshot so we can put a face to your name.
- Share one video link (YouTube or Vimeo)
- Include a Showreel (stage or studio) and 1 minute of improvisation.
- Your video should be no longer than 3 minutes. Improvisation unedited, and danced to original music.
2. Results
You will receive your results by E-Mail between March 23rd and March 30th 2026.
Our selection team will seek individuality, potential, movement quality and creativity within the sent material.
3. Acceptance & Payment
- If you are selected, please confirm your participation within 5 working days.
- We will send an email with payment details and further instructions.
- Please complete the payment within 30 days to secure your spot.
- Once everything is confirmed, you will receive a follow-up E-Mail before the start with a schedule and all further details.

If you are not selected initially, don’t worry, there is still a chance to join!
Some applicants may be placed on a waiting list in case a spot becomes available.
If you are offered a place from the waiting list, you will need to:
Please note that we may offer places up to two weeks before the start of the Summer Intensive. We will keep everyone on the waiting list regularly updated about any available spots.
